Paraneoplastic neurological syndromes are defined as neurological syndromes associated with cancer. Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is inflammatory disease of the central nervous system, usually involving the optic nerve and spinal cord. Recently, some case reports suggested association of NMOSD with cancer. Here, we report a patient with NMOSD associated with lung adenocarcinoma.
